The mommy's club had a frog workshop today. We decided to take a break from packing to go. Noah crawled around and laughed a lot but had no interest in stuffing his bear. He does love it though. He hugs it and lays on it like a pillow. Jonah on the other hand stuffed like crazy and kept asking for more stuff. He was great!!! I asked both of them what they wanted to name their frogs. So this is why the newest additions are named "Froggy" and "BAAA"!!! I forgot my camera so there are no pics of Jonah stuffing like crazy!

Noah was weighed yesterday at 19 lbs 8 ounces. He is on the same track as Jonah. It wasn't a wellness check up so I don't have any other details. We thought he may be sick. He had caught a rough round of stubborness!!! (screaming all night long for no reason except wanting mommy) Last night was better. He slept 10.5 hours without a peep. Mommy and daddy got a full nights rest. As a matter of fact he is still sleeping right now!! Jonah is watching Curious Geoerge and says NO when I try to watch it with him so I'm playing on the internet!

History making!!

When I picked Jonah up from his first day of summer camp (camp creation at NPC) I was told it was the best first day in history!! He was having so much fun he didn't even notice Nooeeh and I were there. He was having too much fun to eat his lunch and he refused to slow down to drink any liquids. He drank a whole sippy cup and ate a bad full of goldfish on ten minute car ride!!!

I have officially registered him for preschool staring in the fall. I may also try to get a job at the same preschool (10 hours a week and they provide care for teacher's children.) Jonah will have a regular teacher, a language arts teacher, a Spanish, music, and art teacher. I am looking forward to him learning and growing.

what a day!!

Today has been crazy!
1. We went to a park where Jonah made this fishy bag. He also dug in a huge sand pit for three shells and a fish. THe fish is already missing.
2. We were late to this function because Jonah refusused to put his clothes on by running around the house. We finally got him ready..when Noah decided to poop needless to say I was 20 minutes late..not too bad considering!!
3. We came back and ate lunch..the kids not me.
4. I put suntan lotion on JOnah just long enough for him to run around with the lotion trip and fall and cut his head.
5. I saw a little blood so I decided to bathe him to clean it up and look at the cut..He is fine but is excited to have a boo boo. Noah screamed through the whole bath.
6. I waited an hour to put Jonah down for a nap to make sure he was ok.
7. They are both down!!!! NOw I get to eat, clean, and do laundry.
Tommorow should be more calm..Jonah starts day camp in the morning!

4th of July weekend

We had a wonderful weekend full of fun and play!! It began with a parade through downtown Hilliard. Jonah had a blast because most of parade items were trucks, tractors, or fancy cars. Then we went to a BBQ thrown by a family from church. There was 30 families so it was a fun kind of crazy. It was toy galore with jumpy houses, water slides, jungle gyms, and sand boxes. Jonah had a blast!! The jumpy house was his fave! We left early and watched the Hilliard fireworks from our front yard. The next evening Josh and I went on a date in downtown Columbus. It was an event that they have every first Sat. of the month. It was called the gallery hop. We went to dinner (yummy Thai), then we walked around listened to music, went to some galleries, and did some shopping. The atmosphere was great!

Ohio doesn't like us....

After the list of sicknesses and Josh's surgery we thought we were beginning an upswing of health in the Midwest. Josh and I were joking this weekend about how our next bad event was going to be a car accident..since so many things have happened already. Well, our joke came true. Josh was rear-ended on the freeway by a man going 60. Josh was at a dead stop when it happened. He was sent to the emergency room..his second home here in Ohio (this is the 4th time in a month) to have tests ran. Thank God his tests came out fine. He has no signs of injury. He is just banged up and a little sore but nothing to worry about. The other driver was 80. He is still in the hospital but is considered stable. We feel blessed because it could have been so much worse. The SUV is Josh's car.
