Halloween in Hilliard

Our little town trick or treats the day before Halloween. People sat outside handing out candy and many roasted hot dogs for kids and parents that walked by. We had a ton of kids and it was so much fun!!!! The time limit of 6-8 was great..it was like a huge party with all the kids and neighbors. Jonah had a blast. He kept going to houses saying trick or treat and thank you (one house he said see you later!!) When he left the house he said "More house..more trick or treat..more candies"!!! What fun! On Wednesday we went to the mall for tick or treating. That was also fun!

Diana, the boys, and I went to Cosi for the afternoon on Friday. They were having a fun Sesame Street exhibit. Jonah's favorite area was the huge magnetic Elmo that you can dress and Noah's favorite was the obstacle course!






On Sunday we wnt to the Boo at the Zoo. There was lots of candy stations, animals, and a million kids in costumes!

Tornado Hinman

It is only 8 in th morning. The boys have emptied all the drawers in the kitchen and have dumped both bins of toys. What a mess!

Jonah...

Jonah has been making Christmas ornaments at home. I think they are turning out cute! (for a two year old)!! He has been very excited about art in school so I have been trying to do some at home with him. He really loves to glue on fuz balls!! By the way they aren't quite finished yet.




School update: Jonah is getting good reports at school and he is loving it!! Last week when we came home I asked him some questions my favorite answer went like this:
Me: who is Goliath?
Jonah: A very big man.
He still says it if I ask him.

I also have decided to take on another morning at the preschool. I really love it and both boys seem to love it also!

Pumpkin patch fun!!

We had a great time on the hayride, in the maize, and at the pumpkin patch. Jonah picked out a great pumpkin!

Noah loves to smile and say cheese. It is so cute...even when it is so messy!!!


We went to the park today. I was playing with Noah..I looked up and Jonah had joined somebody's picnic. They were very nice to feed him oranges and crackers!

fall harvest

We went to a fall harvest this weekend. It was small but fun!! Jonah picked out a pumpkin and painted it. They both got tattoos and pet animals. They also both got a balloon, which Noah loves. Of course I forgot my camera so the pictures are at home. I'm going to a pumpkin patch on Friday so I'll have pictures from that.

Updates

1. Jonah is now going to school two times a week. He loves it and I get to spend one morning with just Noah.
2. His vocabulary is growing leaps and bounds.
3. He is now 37 pounds.
4. Noah is beginning to say real words. His recent words are shoes and cheese!
5. He is using a spoon much better.
6. I forgot to mention that Jonah hasn't used a bottle in over a month (what a fight that was)
7. Noah is no longer crawling at all.
8. Noah is sleeping 12 hours at night (I don't hear him from 7 to 7)
9. I am really enjoying teaching preschool...it is so much fun!

Christmas Pics!

Today the boys and I went to Kiddie Kandids to get our Christmas pictures taken. I think they are so cute!! I haven't received the e-mail with the link to see the rest of the pictures yet. As soon as I do I will post that.
