Gronewold family b-days

The whole family got together to celebrate quarterly birthdays. Noah was part of this quarter. He enjoyed opening gifts and eating cake!! It was fun to see everyone!

Pool Carnival

My parents took all of us to the Country Club for a pool carnival (Auntie Anna went too). There was a kiddie pool that was only 1.5 feet deep. Jonah loved it. He got to go in without a life jacket and just had a blast!! Noah sat in his floaty but touched the bottom so he ran back and forth. They had their first taste of blue cotton candy, which of course they both loved!!!! They each received a blue balloon elephant....Jonah and Noah both tried to eat it. Jonah went in the jumpy house but was a little scared of the big kids. We ate great food and relaxed in the sun (as much relaxing you can have with 2 munchkins). We did not have a chance to paint on the boys.. I really wanted both of them to get Mom tattoos..purely for a great picture!

Noah's 1st birthday

I can't believe it was a year ago today that we were rushing to the hospital fearful that we wouldn't make it before Noah decided to come!!! I couldn't imagine my life without him. He is a bundle of joy and happiness. What a cheerful blessing to our lives. He has come so far!! He took his first step last week and is ready to go!!! Today we celebrated by going to lunch, the children's museum, and the farmer's market with a friend. My parents came home early do he had dinner and Noah had a birthday donut!! What a mess. We love you sooooo much!

Quality Time

Since my parents are gone for a few days I have been spending some quality time with sis. It has been nice to have some good conversations considering we haven't been able to chat much via the phone (kids in the background!!). The boys and I visited a friend this morning and then had a quiet afternoon. Diana brought dinner up so we wouldn't have to cook. She then stayed until 8. It is so nice to spend some time with her. Jonah adores her and yells Anna the whole time she is here..what fun!

Visiting family

On Saturday Rebekah had a birthday party for Maya. It was nice to see everyone. Jonah had a lot of fun and Noah wouldn't stay away from the stairs (he is quite the climber!). Today Grandma and Grandpa visited. Jonah and Noah had a great time playing outside and eating ice cream!! I was surprised they went to bed so easily since they were quite hyper!! Thanks for driving down to visit it was fun!I'll post a picture of the boys playing with grandpa tomorrow (the camera is upstairs and I would have to walk by Noah to get it).

Happy Early Birthday!

We had an early birthday party for Noah. It is amazing that it has been a year since he was born. He has grown and changed so much!! It is such a blessing to our lives. We love you Buddy!!!! Nooeeeeehhhh as Jonah calls him was quite a mess with the cake but boy did he have fun!!
