Christmas time is here. This is my favorite time of the year! We haven't done cards in a very long time so now is the time to change that!!! Shutterfly has an amazing deal so sending cards will be easier then ever!! I love Shutterfly and have been using them for a very long time. I have ordered shirts, ornaments, and calendars!!
I really love the calendars I ordered for many family members a couple of years ago. I put funny pictures throughout the year to make the calendar memorable. My mom really loved hers! They have lots of calendars to choose from with many backgrounds and fonts!
This year I hope to send photo cards from Shutterfly to friends and family! They have many super cute cards to choose from. I have been trying to get a good picture of the boys to make the card personal. I think I might have to do two pictures since I can't seem to get a good picture of both boys.
Last but not least, the canvas wall art is neat!! They are a creative way to decorate your walls with personal pictures!!

A day with the Mouse
As in Mickey!! We took the boys to see Disney on Ice. Everyone had a great time. Both boys go so excited when Buzz Lightyear came out. What an amazing memory. Then we went to dinner at the RainForest cafe. Very fun and tasty!

Simple Kid friendly Thanksgiving crafts
I haven't had a chance to go to the store lately to get better Thanksgiving crafts. All I had was construction paper and markers. So we made thankful turkeys and leaf cutouts. The leaf cutouts went on our window. The kids had a great time.

Gift Bags
I'm blogging about a great idea that I got in MOPS today. One of the women on the steering team has been doing this for years. We also made them today. They are bags with snacks, bottled water, bus schedules, a list of places to get a free meal, and last but most important a bible verse. God has called us to love and help others and I thought this is a great way to touch the lives of people that most people wouldn't reach out to. All people are loved by God and what a great way to show God's love by giving out these bags. They average only 75 cents per bag, so they aren't very expensive. As my friend Meredith stated "what is a little amount of money to us..may mean a world of difference to someone else."
These are a great thing for a small group, youth group, MOPS group, or a WIC group to make!
